Please, google
first!
Respect your and other's time.
Why should I spend my time if pro guys can solve this in few seconds?
It might be true, however, in reality it does not work like this.
Only because of the work we evolved
from
monkeys to humans.
You will not gain any experience by just asking someone. You always
have to try to search the solution
by
your own.
I don't think there is an answer to my question..
A very common "excuse".
In 90% of cases there is the
answer to
your
question.
Sometimes it's literally on the first source, sometimes not.
To all online services usually there is a documentation. In most
cases there
is the information you are looking for!
Before using something, it's always helpful to read at least the
basic stuff of the product.
How to Google then?
Just follow these steps:
-
Start with the name of the service where the problem is.
-
Write your problem (error) / question.
-
Rinse and repeat.
-
Press Enter.
-
Browse the sources one by one. You can filter them by the names and preview content.
That's all!

Didn't find any helpful information and you honestly have no clue how to solve the problem? Well, maybe
it's okay to ask someone for help now.
No one is obliged!
No one is obliged to answer you, unless you are writing to the technical support, whose job is to help
their customers.
Usually, in chats there are enthusiasts who help just for fun or to gain extra experience by answering on
different types of questions.
Therefore, double, triple ...
check what you are asking about to attract their attention, so you
will not be ignored.
Ask questions properly!
Your question determine how quickly someone will help you.
Follow this:
Be clear about what you want.. It's always much easier to answer when you know what is the
problem.
Don't just leave your question alone without any explanations.
Mention what you already did to fix the issue.. Nor you, nor
others will not then waste time for nothing.
Check your question for typo. Most messengers will underline the common orthography
mistakes. Sometimes, such mistakes may be critical in, for example, terminology, when you mean one
thing, however saying something different, making the question obscure. You are always allowed to use translators!
Imagine a service produced an error. Firstly, analyse it and then copy only the important part,
unless you feel that the whole error might be useful. Always try to be that one "pro" guy and think
which information would help them to understand your problem.
Don't waste your time for nothing!
Usually, to get the answer from people (in chats . . .) you have to wait until that one "pro" guy is
online. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
Browse the internet, read the docs, read the same / similar questions from other members on forums / in
chats etc.
